African-Centered Play Therapy Supervision

Join our bi-monthly supervision sessions designed for clinicians who are committed to providing affirming, culturally responsive therapy for Black children and families. Led by an experienced African-Centered Play Therapy™ supervisor, these sessions offer a space to deepen your practice, refine interventions, and engage in meaningful discussions on supporting Black youth in therapeutic settings.

Supervision is held on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month at 11am.

This supervision is for you if:

  • You work with and are committed to the healing of Black children and families

  • You are interested in utilizing an African-Centered Play Therapy approach to your practice

  • You want to engage in meaningful conversation and fun and expand your Social Work community

NaShey Ingram, LCSW-C, RPT-S, is a Maryland Board of Social Work Approved Supervisor and a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor.

This supervision session provides 1 group supervision hour for Maryland social workers seeking clinical licensure and 1 group supervision hour for those pursuing Registered Play Therapist (RPT) licensure.

To comply with COMAR regulations for group supervision, registration will be limited for individuals seeking supervision hours.
