This African-Centered Play Therapy™ group is a supportive space for Black girls to explore self-love, identity, and sisterhood. Through expressive arts, storytelling, and culturally affirming activities, participants will build confidence, develop emotional awareness, and strengthen connections with their peers. This group empowers young girls to uplift one another, embrace their uniqueness, and navigate emotional distress with confidence.
